We imagine, design and build systems that solve real problems. Here are current and past projects.

Challenge: Disconnected venue systems and inconsistent guest experience.
Solution: Tiguri designed RoamDome’s core platform, led tech integration, defined the content and engagement strategy, and shaped the franchise model to support global scalability.
RoamDome

Challenge: Brands lacked measurable tools for real-world engagement.
Solution: Created SeenDrop — a system that captures physical presence and converts it into AI-generated, branded content, boosting social visibility and CRM opt-ins.
Outcome: Increased conversion from event footfall to digital engagement; early interest from major brand partners.
SeenDrop

Challenge: People’s real-world actions weren’t being recognised or rewarded in digital ecosystems.
Solution: Built a gamified engagement platform where users earn status and perks through real-world check-ins and challenges.
Outcome: MVP completed, proprietary avatar logic developed, Zurich pilot prepared with brand monetisation features.
Cheknin

Challenge: Charities lacked an easy, trusted way to raise funds online, and individuals had no platform to turn their personal challenges into impactful fundraising campaigns.
Solution: Built the first online platform in the UK to enable people to fundraise for charity by taking on sponsored activities—pre-dating and inspiring JustGiving.
Outcome: Platform launched in 2001, pioneered online crowdfunding for good causes, influenced the emergence of digital fundraising models globally.
DoGooders

Challenge: Student housing providers in West Africa lacked digital tools to manage bookings, payments, maintenance, and oversight. Operations were manual, and communication with students was inconsistent.
Solution: Tiguri developed DIGZAPP, a mobile-first platform integrating tenant registration, room booking, rent and utility payments, issue reporting, and admin controls — all localised for regional infrastructure and behaviours.
Outcome: Implementation was paused after Ghana’s credit downgrade disrupted USAID funding. DIGZAPP remains deployment-ready and demonstrates Tiguri’s capability in scalable digital housing systems.
DigZapp

Challenge: Ghana faced a severe shortage of student housing. TTU could only accommodate 10% of its 9,000+ students.
Solution: Tiguri co-led a 3,000-bed green campus project using prefab construction, renewable tech, and the DIGZAPP management system, delivered via a BOOT model.
Outcome: The project was fully designed and investor-ready, but paused after Ghana’s credit downgrade disrupted funding. It remains shovel-ready and exemplary for the region.
