Refund Policy & Cancellation Policy

The Basics

Tiguri GmbH provides custom consulting and system design services. As a small, founder-led studio, we invest significant time and attention into each project, which means clear policies help protect both your time and ours.

Booked Sessions & Diagnostics

Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or reschedule a 1:1 session (e.g. a Workflow Diagnosis), please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: Free reschedule or full refund

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: No refund, reschedule at our discretion

Project-Based Work (e.g. AI assistants, automation builds)

Because our work is tailored and starts with strategy and scoping:

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced

  • If a project is cancelled before any work begins, we may offer a partial refund (minus admin or prep time)

Retainers & Ongoing Support

Monthly retainers or support packages are billed in advance.

  • You may cancel future months at any time

  • No refunds will be issued for partially used months unless otherwise agreed in writing
