The Basics
Tiguri GmbH provides custom consulting and system design services. As a small, founder-led studio, we invest significant time and attention into each project, which means clear policies help protect both your time and ours.
Booked Sessions & Diagnostics
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or reschedule a 1:1 session (e.g. a Workflow Diagnosis), please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

More than 24 hours’ notice: Free reschedule or full refund

Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: No refund, reschedule at our discretion
Project-Based Work (e.g. AI assistants, automation builds)
Because our work is tailored and starts with strategy and scoping:

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced

If a project is cancelled before any work begins, we may offer a partial refund (minus admin or prep time)
Retainers & Ongoing Support
Monthly retainers or support packages are billed in advance.

You may cancel future months at any time

No refunds will be issued for partially used months unless otherwise agreed in writing
